Move to your

own BEAT

A personalized method for movement, breath, strength, recovery, and real life. Ready for a steady, supportive practice built around your body, your season, your energy, and your next step forward.

Life has a rhythm. The Beat Method was created to help you move with it.

For the chapters you feel disconnected from your body.
For the seasons your energy feels scattered.
For the days stress, grief, anxiety, hormones, exhaustion, or overwhelm make it hard to know where to begin.
For the part of you that wants to feel stronger, clearer, steadier, and more like yourself again. This work meets you there. Through personalized coaching, Lindsay helps you create a sustainable rhythm using movement, music, breath, yoga, strength,  nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery support.

What is the
BEAT METHOD?

Depending on your needs, your customized Beat may include:

MOVEMENT

Yoga, sculpt, strength training, mobility, and intentional movement designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected to your body again.

YOGA

Individual yoga, private sessions, classes, and event offerings that blend strength, softness, breath, presence, and real-life support.

MUSIC

Sound and rhythm are part of the method. Music helps create energy, focus, release, joy, and a steady backbeat to return to when life feels loud.

NOURISHMENT

Nutrition coaching that supports energy, strength, stability, and sustainability without shame, rigidity, or performance.

BREATHWORK

Breath brings you back into your body. It helps regulate stress, support presence, and create a bridge between your nervous system and your next step.

RECOVERY

Sleep, stress management, and recovery coaching to help you build practices that support your nervous system, your capacity, and your life outside the workout.

With a background in psychology and years of experience working with children, families, and victims of crime, Lindsay has always understood that human beings are layered. We carry our stories in our minds, yes, but also in our bodies, our breath, our habits, our energy, and our capacity to keep showing up.

In 2017, Lindsay experienced an unimaginable loss. As she navigated grief while raising two young children, she found herself returning again and again to the practices that helped her stay connected to life: sweat, breath, movement, nutrition, sound, rest, and the steady healing power of caring for her body.

That lived experience shaped The Beat Method.

She brings training, lived experience, humor, steadiness, and deep care into every session. That is the heartbeat of this work.

A NOTE FROM LINDSAY

Welcome, I am so glad you are here.

I created The Beat Method for the chapters when life feels full, disorienting, tender, or ready for change, but you’re not exactly sure where to begin.

I believe motivation often follows action, which means even arriving here matters.

My work blends movement, strength, nourishment, breath, music, and recovery in ways that feel invigorating, attainable, and sustainable through life’s rhythms and resets.

Growth is not linear. There is no perfect timeline. We get to make room for strength and softness, effort and ease, acceptance and momentum.

I would love to connect and support your next step forward, whatever that looks like for you.

Client Reflections

  • "I've worked with dozens of wellness practitioners over the last two decades and Lindsay Silver brings a unique approach that has been motivating and impactful for me on my journey.

Her combination of infectious enthusiasm and technical skill has helped me transform my own yoga practice into a more effective effort, particularly entering perimenopause. I appreciate her practical and yet enjoyable style of incorporating strength work into a traditional yoga practice. In Lindsay you can see the combination of someone who "walks the walk", while also being human and approachable. There is a humanness that spills out of her in every class, making her both relatable and inspirational at the same time. I always leave a Lindsay class better than I entered it, and that is a gift." -K.M.

  • “I’ve taken yoga classes from Lindsay since September 2025, and honestly, she’s one of those people who just makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to teach in a way that feels encouraging instead of intimidating. She’s kind, patient, funny, and genuinely cares about the people in her classes. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the energy she brings every time. Somewhere along the way she became not just my yoga instructor, but one of my favorite people. If you’re thinking about taking a class with her, do it. Your mind and body will thank you!” - P.B.

  • “I first met Lindsay through her Yoga Sculpt class and immediately appreciated her creativity, energy, and ability to make challenging workouts genuinely enjoyable.

When I learned that she also offered personal training, I jumped at the opportunity to work with her one-on-one. Lindsay is thoughtful, attentive, and knows exactly how to challenge me while still meeting me where I am. She has taken the time to understand my goals and the unique considerations that come with living with autonomic dysfunction and autoimmune disease. I have always felt supported and respected in the process. What also sets Lindsay apart is her ability to make an hour of personal training feel both incredibly hard and incredibly fun at the same time. She consistently pushes me beyond what I think I can do and our sessions are so engaging and enjoyable that the time flies by. I leave every workout feeling stronger, more capable, and grateful.” -A.D.

  • "Lindsay is kind, compassionate, and knowledgable in her field.

She listened to my diet needs and food allergies to help create a meal plan specific to my goals. She was empathetic and mindful to my past experiences. Lindsay knows her stuff and can help you get results without the intense pressure or toxic “diet culture” mentality. Her years of lived knowledge and training shine through to get each person the individual results they are hoping for.”
